Metabolism Booster Drink Ingredients
12 to 18 oz of Water
2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric
1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
10 to 20 drops of Stevia (optional)
* Option 1 Add each ingredient into shaker with water and shake vigorously.
If you prefer all spices to be dissolved before drinking follow Option 2
*Option 2 Add spices with four ounces of water into a small pot and stir. Cook on low heat for 10 min. Please make sure not to scorch the spices. Turn off the heat and let spices steep until it becomes like a syrup, all spices should be blended. Add the mix to a shaker bottle along with the remaining water and shake.
Drink throughout the day or 1 hour before bedtime.
